The document is a great informational summary for people new to the industry and business owners looking to understand these new marketing tools and concepts. It starts off with an easy break down of what gamification is and some common ways we have already seen it utilized. The paper does a good job of explaining the different objectives of integrating game mechanics, how to use them most effectively and what is to be expected in a compact format.
Though the whitepaper is a bit commercial at times, Bunchball warns that gamification already has its share of hype and that it’s best to embrace this new trend with a critical eye.
