The Detroit-based startup, ePrize, has announced the release of their Sales Contest Builder application for Salesforce. Available through Salesforce AppExchange, the incentive system is already in use by heavy hitters such as Comcast, Federal Signal and even the Detroit Pistons. The Sales Contest Builder works in a simple feedback loop: goals are created for any step in the sales process, incentives are offered, and real-time feedback is provided for sales analysis. Or more specifically, in the following six steps as described by ePrize:
- Choose a Contest Name and Date
- Pick Sales Behaviors to Motivate
- Choose Prizes
- Select Eligible Participants
- Create Automatic Notifications
- Save Contest Options and Launch
The application looks promising, especially following ePrize’s recent acquisition by private equity firm Catterton Partners. Would your organization be willing to pay $5/month per use to use an application like this? You can check out their official AppExchange page and watch a video demo of the 6 steps listed above:
