Gamification Co Scores High Views
It’s been a long journey since my first post about gamification here for Gamification Co. After 17 months of reporting, interviewing, writing, and engaging with our awesome community, I am really happy to announce that views for the Gamification.Co blog has broken 1 million views!
We’ve reached a number of milestones recently: over 1 million views broken on our Slideshare account, over 5000 likes on Facebook, and we’re right at the cusp of breaking 5000 followers on Twitter as well. These numbers are magnitudes greater than where I first started out and it’s all due to our awesome gamification community for continuously pursuing new and innovating ways of engaging audiences.
There’s a lot to be said about how much this industry has evolved in such a short period of time and it is elating to know people are continuing to innovate and take gamification into a design principle that goes far beyond the mere concepts of points, leaderboards, and badges. As Gamifcation Co continues to move on into 2014 and beyond, expect even bigger and better things from us; await bigger GSummit events, more expert content, and an even greater amount of people to join our community.
We continue to grow and scale in order to match one of the most passionate communities I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and above, all it has all been in the name of fun.
