Zurmo Releases V1.0 of their CRM Gamification App

Built-in gaming mechanics incentivize users to follow CRM best practices and aim to make the application more enjoyable than traditional CRM systems. Zurmo is equipped to fully handle internal Social CRM functionality. Zurmo Social CRM is intended to severely cut back on internal email communication so that users can spend more time interfacing with customers. A previous press release details the entire Ecksodus case study and how the company has adopted Zurmo as the core system for centralizing millions of data points and running the company’s entire operations.
