Jerry Filipiak is CEO of Comarch Inc., the North American division of global IT solutions provider Comarch. Managing a team of more than 20 employees across three different locations, he oversees a diverse range of day-to-day activities such as marketing, new business, sales and business strategy. Jerry and his team are currently focused on expanding the U.S. presence of Comarch via real-time loyalty solutions, customer engagement and OSS/BSS. In addition to his involvement with Comarch, Jerry is also the founder of: IsaaCloud – an engagement cloud API that allows businesses to easily deliver fully customizable, contextualized communication in real-time to customers. SoInteractive – a Polish-based gamification provider with prominent customers and successful projects in the U.S., Europe and the UAE. Prior to his professional accomplishments, Jerry earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Virginia Tech and his master’s in computer science from Cornell – establishing the technical foundation for his expertise in loyalty, gamification and customer engagement. Today, Jerry resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with his wife and two daughters.
